Frequently asked questions

robby is an app for push notifications about relevant events (calendar, sports, Formula 1). You can subscribe to teams and get alerts before matches.

Use of robby is currently free. Registration is required for subscriptions and push notifications.

Under „Teams“ (football icon) you can select teams. Click the empty checkbox next to a team to subscribe. Manage your subscriptions via the bell icon.

Use the flag at the top left to switch language.

Use the contact form and send a short request describing your project briefly.

Your downline contains the users you have directly recommended who have confirmed their registration. For these users you can then create your own notification channels, through which they can be automatically supplied with push messages.

Depending on settings, a user receives a push notification on their mobile device about the start of an event, e.g. 1 hour, 1 day or one week before the date. To do this, the user must allow the corresponding settings on their mobile device in iOS or Android.

We store the coordinates of event venues. This lets you see how far the venue is from you and decide whether you want to attend in person. If other users have shared their location, you can see how far they are from you and optionally meet them in person.

This privacy policy applies to the robby app. Data controller is textOmatic AG. We collect and process personal data only as necessary (e.g. login, subscriptions, push notifications, optional geo data). Legal basis: contract, legitimate interest, consent. You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact: textomatic.ag.
